The embedded store is set up even when a co-resident test library or a hand-added @ContextConfiguration is present, so @MongoTestServer no longer fails with 'Application context has no embedded MongoDB'.

- @MongoTestServer's initializer was contributed only through a composed @ContextConfiguration, which a directly declared @ContextConfiguration could shadow. That dropped the embedded store (a user hit this alongside @SharedKafkaBroker). It is now also applied additively through a ContextCustomizerFactory that only steps in when the initializer was shadowed, so declared-initializer timing (including @DynamicPropertySource for passthrough) is unchanged.
